After having obtained her medical degree in Romania, Dr. Bianca Sava trained in general psychiatry in the USA, and specialised in child and adolescent psychiatry.
During her training, Bianca obtained a significant experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy and other psychotherapeutic interventions.
Bianca moved to New Zealand in 2005. She initially worked in Adult Mental Health, Maternal Mental Health and Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
For the past 10+ years, she has been primarily working in Infant Mental Health (pregnancy to 5 years old) in the public system. In her private work she has been primarily doing mental health assessments (children & adults).
